Concierge

Your property may offer concierge services, to assist guests with information they may request (such as restaurant recommendations, area activities or directions to the nearest church). Skyware offers a concierge function that allows properties to enter relevant information about any interesting area activities, restaurants, and services, and provides quick access to this local information for use by either your concierge or other front desk personnel.

Use the Concierge Screen to both add and edit any concierge items for your system, and to view the details. The top section of the screen allows you to view the information, and the listed concierge items may be searched by distance, category, sub category, or description. The bottom section of the concierge screen allows you to add and modify any new concierge items, and view the information on any entry in more detail.

NoteConcierge Categories (such as restaurants, parks, churches and shopping) and Concierge Sub Categories (such as french, italian, or fast food for the restaurant category) should be generated for use on the concierge screen prior to concierge items being added (via the Concierge Maintenance Menu accessed from the Property and System Configuration Menu) as these fields are required options when adding any concierge item to the concierge screen.
