Reservations Area - Overview

The Reservations area of the Skyware system contains features that are typically used by reservations personnel for individual guest and group business.

You can access the Reservations area of Skyware in two ways:

Select Reservations from the Other section of the Full Menu,

OR

Select Reservations from the Quick Menu.

The Reservations area is split into two sections: Guest Reservations and Group Reservations.

The Guests Reservations section includes commands for the following features:

• Reservation - This command opens the Quick Reservation screen.
• Advanced Reservation - This command opens the Reservation Wizard.
• Modify an existing Reservation - This command allows you to view or modify a reservation.
• Cancel a Reservation
• Copy a Reservation
• Reinstate a Reservation
• Activity Schedule

The Group Reservations section includes commands for the following features:

• Create a Group Block,
• Display or Modify a Group Block,
• Cancel a Group, or
• Pick Up (reservations) from a Group Block.
