Advanced Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Full payment for your room and/or spa reservations is collected 72 hours before you arrive. Therefore, it is very important that you give us at least 72 hours notice for any change or cancellation of these reservations. Failure to cancel within this time will result in you being charged for the full amount.
To check-in, please bring the payment method used to make your reservation and your ID.
You may transfer your reservation to another person, but after the cancellation deadline there can be no exceptions for being charged the full amount. Please contact us to make any change or cancellation prior to the 72 hour deadline.
