Status Screen - Overview

The Status area of the Full Menu contains features that are typically used by reservations or front desk personnel.

The Status area commands allow you to access information regarding the status and availability of rooms at the selected property.

This area includes the following commands/features:

• Room Availability Graph,
• Departures Report,
• Room Rack,
• Room Chart,
• Room Scan (vacant, occupied, clean, etc),
• Set Rooms Out of Order or Do Not Sell,
• Set Room Condition,
• Show House Status, and
• Reports.

The Reports link in the Status area provides access to the reporting functionality of Skyware. The Reports screen is divided into four sections, each containing commands for running different types of reports. Each of these are outlined briefly below, with links to more detailed information about the available reports.
